Payments
You may choose to pay through invoice in advance, through paypal and (within Sweden) postförskott.

 

Delivery
PaulaÖ insures your products while delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

 

How fast is my order delivered?
A delivery normally takes 3-10 business days within Europe and 5-20 business days to the rest of the world. We ship your order as soon as possible.

 

How much does the shipment cost?
It's free!

 

Returns & exchanges
Please note; Panties should be tried on over underwear, without removing the hygienic protection. Returns may not be accepted if protection has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

 

How fast do I have to return or exchange a product?
Items should be returned within 20 days of receiving your first delivery notification from your local post office. You are responsible for the cost of the return and for making sure that the product is safely retuned to PaulaÖ in its original shape. If you are exchanging the product to another size, the new product will be delivered to you free of charge.

 

How do I return or exchange a product?
If you choose to return or exchange a product,
- e-mail your shoppingassistant@paula-o.com and inform that a package is on it’s way. If you are returning a product, please state why you chose not to keep the product. If you are exchanging a product, please state what size or color you wish to change to.
- post the package to PaulaÖ AB, Kammakargatan 64A, 111 24 Stockholm, SWEDEN. You are responsible for the cost of the return and for making sure that the product is safely retuned to PaulaÖ in its original shape.

 

How do I get my money back after returning a product?
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's account. If you have chosen to pay through invoice and your account is outside EU, your refund will also exclude a 50 SEK deposit fee (around 5€). There is no deposit free for customers with accounts in Norway, Island, Lichtestein, Switzerland and all countries within the EU.If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through PaulaÖ. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
